We begin printing as soon as your order comes in, quality-check each piece before packing, and dispatch in around 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it is on its way.
Can I customise a design?
Yes! We offer personalised anime blankets with custom names and characters. Visit our Personalised Custom collection or get in touch with your idea.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
