How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 10 business days worldwide. Remote or rural areas may take 15–25 business days. All orders ship from our production facility within 3 business days of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to all countries worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over a certain threshold may qualify for free or discounted shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package via the carrier’s website. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at info@luckideco.com.
Products & Customisation
Can I customise my blanket or bedding set?
Absolutely! All of our products are custom-printed to order. Simply choose your anime design, select your size, and we will produce it fresh for you. We use state-of-the-art AI-enhanced 4K printing technology for vibrant, long-lasting results.
What materials are used in your products?
Our blankets and duvet covers are made from premium microfibre fabric — soft, lightweight, and durable. They are hypoallergenic and suitable for all ages. The print is embedded directly into the fabric using sublimation printing for fade-resistant colour.
What sizes are available?
Our bedding sets are available in Single, Double, Queen, and King sizes. Throw blankets come in standard sizes. Please check individual product pages for exact dimensions in centimetres.
How do I care for my LUCKI DECO blanket?
Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C or lower. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low heat, and iron inside-out on a low setting. Proper care ensures the print stays vibrant for years.
Orders & Returns
What is your return and refund policy?
Because every item is made-to-order and personalised, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be changed. Contact info@luckideco.com immediately if you need to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.
How do I use my discount code?
Enter your discount code in the “Coupon code” field at checkout and click “Apply coupon”. New customers automatically qualify for 15% off their first order with code LUCKY15. Codes cannot be combined with other offers.
